Am avut o experiență excelentă! Proprietarul este de nota 10 – foarte amabil, prompt și mereu dispus să ajute cu orice ai nevoie. Comunicarea a fost impecabilă de la început până la plecare. Proprietatea are o grădină frumoasă, perfectă pentru relaxare, și este situată într-o zonă foarte liniștită, deși se află într-o poziție excelentă, în interiorul triunghiului format de Piața Unirii, Iulius Town și Aquapark Amazonie. 2,5-3,5 euro am platit pe Uber. Este locul ideal atât pentru o vizită de afaceri, cât și pentru un city break. Cu siguranță aș reveni și recomand cu încredere!

Apartment is in the middle of everything. Beautiful view to the Square and Church. Building is old, but the apartment is all new, with so stylish furniture (mix of modern and vintage), you'll have feeling you're in the castle. Everything is so spacious and very clean. Parking is just behind the building (it is extra-progressive zone, but on Sunday is free and on Saturday after 17h). Pali (the host) is so kind man and he gives you all necessary information. Everything was just perfect and for sure we will be back.

Wonderful stay at Sun Residence! The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard, perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading a book, or simply unwinding after a busy day. The host was extremely friendly and always available to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location, plenty of space, and excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend Sun Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and I would happily return in the future.

We loved the entire apartment. It is much more spacious than in the pictures. We particularly loved the giant bed in the big dorm, and the pillows and bed were comfortable. My 3 year old loved all the toy boxes that we found there which was also a big surprise. Further, we loved how helpful the host was, how fast he answered our messages and how he made us feel welcome. Recommend it! Nothing really

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte liniștită a Timișoarei, perfectă pentru relaxare. Dispune de o curte frumoasă, ideală pentru momente de liniște sau petrecut timp în aer liber. Este dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil, iar gazda este extrem de prietenoasă și primitoare. În plus, locația este excelentă, la doar aproximativ 1 km de Amazonia, Iulius Mall și zona Unirii. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of Timișoara, perfect for relaxation. It has a beautiful yard, ideal for quiet moments or spending time outdoors. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is extremely friendly and welcoming. In addition, the location is excellent, just about 1 km from Amazonia, Iulius Mall, and the Unirii area.

We've enjoyed our stay here, the host is super, and provides all the help if needed. The apartment is clean, has all that you need, the area where it is situated is also quiet, a house neighborhood, you can get in 20 minutes by foot to Iulius Mall. We also had a pet with us, and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Timișoara.

Apartamentul este situata in centrul Timisoarei, intre Catedrala si Opera, la Fantana cu Pesti. Am parcat aproape, in Piata 700, la 10 minute de cazare. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, luminos - camere inalte, spatios, liftul functional, dar am preferat scarile pentru a ne bucura de arhitectura interioara a blocului. Bucataria avea toate cele necesare, inclusiv cafea. Cel mai bun loc unde sa te cazezi pentru a vizita Timisoara! Nu sunt lucruri care sa-mi fi displacut.

Ein Ort, an dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Der Garten ist wunderschön, und das Apartment ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Amazonia und die Iulius Mall sind in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell und gibt tolle Empfehlungen. Von Herzen zu empfehlen – ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest apartament. Curtea este superbă, perfect amenajată pentru relaxare, iar interiorul este modern, curat și foarte bine organizat. Are tot ce ai putea avea nevoie la o cazare. Zona este liniștită, ideală pentru odihnă, dar în același timp foarte bine poziționată aproape de Amazonia și Iulius Mall, ceea ce face accesul rapid către punctele de interes din oraș. Proprietarul este extrem de amabil, răspunde rapid la mesaje și oferă ajutor ori de câte ori este nevoie. Recomand cu încredere acest loc tuturor celor care caută confort, liniște și o gazdă de încredere! Nimic

Hôte exceptionnel, très accueillant. Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, offrant une ambiance unique qui le distingue vraiment. La propreté est tout simplement irréprochable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale pour la vue, absolument sublime. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !
